2018: 13th Build – Lime Rock

Our latest project was complete in 2021 and is home to a wonderful family partner! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a high efficiency air source heat pump for both heating and cooling, as well as a photovoltaic array that will produce the electricity for the home and the heating and cooling. We envision the home to be very close to ‘net zero’ energy usage, which will hold down monthly utility costs and make the home that much more affordable.
